Are you ready to take part in the #DelishNutrishDish Challenge? Oh, it’s going to be fun. Each month I will announce a seasonal ingredient on twitter, facebook and alliswellthateatswell.com.
THE CHALLENGE: to prepare a DELICIOUS and NUTRITIOUS dish using this ingredient. It can be a main course, appetizer, dessert, snack or some other meal that hasn’t yet been thought up…you can use any other ingredients you wish as long as the specified ingredient of the month is the star of the dish. Go nuts! (nuts can be used too). The only rule is that the dish be very yummy and nutritious.
Come mid February, I will select a few of the most #DelishNutrishDish recipes and they will be posted on www.alliswellthateatswell.com along with your twitter handle, a link to your original recipe and a few lines on the chef (of course if you want to keep it anonymous, no problem, just let me know).
Picking fresh ingredients and preparing nutritious and exciting meals is not only good for your health it's fun and satisfying! Enjoy the meal you made yourself or better yet share the love with a friend, family member or significant other. They'll appreciate the attention and the tastiness! There’s nothing like a home cooked/prepared meal to tell someone how much they mean to you. This challenge is my little way of getting us all involved to make better dietary decisions as a group! Let's motivate to get healthy and stay healthy together. Tell your family, friends, co-workers…whomever you like or think would be excited to participate!
So you have the perfect plate you want to share with the world…now what? There are two options:
1. Sign up for Twitter (it’s free), follow me @PomsAndSaff and tweet your dish (recipe and photos ) to me using the hashtag #DelishNutrishDish. I will tweet back to acknowledge I have received your recipe tweet!
2. Email me your kitchen creation at alliswellthateatswell.@gmail.com and I will reply to acknowledge I received your #DelishNutrishDish!
