Strawberry Greek Yogurt Smoothie



I love my Greek yogurt and fresh fruit drizzled with honey (and sometimes nuts) for breakfast or dessert.  But sometimes, I like to change it up and make myself a smoothie.  Much more transportable when I'm in a rush.  Just pour it into a travel mug and go...no need for a spoon :-)

Ingredients:
1 cup fresh strawberries
1/2 cup skim milk
1/2 cup fat-free Greek yogurt
3/4 cup ice
1 tablespoon honey

Instructions:
Just add all ingredients to a blender and blend.

Enjoy this sweet, tart, creamy, filling and healthy smoothie!
