Valentine's Day Virgin Berry Mojito

Refreshing, delicious, high in mineral content (mainly calcium which most of us can definitely use more of) and anti-oxidants, this bubbly pink drink is the perfect way to say "I love you" to yourself and to your loved ones.  So ban the cans with high-fructose corn syrup and make this instead :-D !

Ingredients:
Raspberries and blackberries (total amount of berries about 1/4 cup)
About 3 sprigs fresh mint
1 cup San Pellegrino or your favorite carbonated mineral water
Half a lime- 2 wedges for garnish, 2 wedges cut in half

Instructions:

Take your berries and washed fresh mint:

Add lime pieces and muddle them with berries and mint (make sure you muddle well so that the lime juice is nicely combined with the flavors of the berries and mint):

Add San Pelligrino, mix well, garnish with lime wedges and ENJOY!

PS- There are many other berries and fruits you can use to
make this drink.  These two berries happen to be my
favorites so feel free to play around.  If you are looking to
transform this into a Valentine's Day cocktail, it's very
simple- just add a splash, stir and enjoy!
