Calcium and Fiber Boosting Green Smoothie


Need more calcium and fiber in your diet?  Well this is a great way to get it-->in the form of a delicious and refreshing smoothie packed with fruit, veggies, dairy and nuts.  All good things that all taste wonderful.  Try this green smoothie and feel really good. 

Ingredients:

2 cups raw baby spinach
1 cup frozen pineapple pieces
1 ripe banana
2 tablespoons walnut pieces
3 heaping tablespoons low-fat or fat-free plain yogurt
1/2 cup fat-free milk
1 teaspoon honey
2 teaspoons unsweetened organic shredded coconut
5 ice cubes

Instructions:

Blend all ingredients until smoothie smoothe :-)
