Need a snack or a breakfast makeover? This is one of my favorites. Just take your favorite nonfat or low fat Greek yogurt and add whatever fruits you come across in the kitchen. Here I used strawberries, kiwis, blueberries and bananas. And then a touch of your favorite granola (look for brands that are organic and don't contain added sugar).
