Wake up to this refreshing, delicious and healthy smoothie. It will satisfy your craving for sweet, tart and fresh ingredients. Whether it's your breakfast, snack or dessert it is sure to please.
1 cup low fat plain yogurt (I use Stonyfield farm)
1/2 cup orange juice
Add all ingredients to blender and blend.
Makes 2 refreshing smoothies!
PS- if you are looking for a fiber boost, you can add one Benefiber taste-free stick pack to the blender as well- not only do I use it for a boost, but I also recommend it to my patients who need a little extra fiber in their day.
