Refreshing Mangonana Smoothie

Mangonana goodness!

Wake up to this refreshing, delicious and healthy smoothie.  It will satisfy your craving for sweet, tart and fresh ingredients.  Whether it's your breakfast, snack or dessert it is sure to please.

Enjoy :-)

Ingredients:
1 cup frozen mango pieces (I use Trader Joe's- of course!)
1 banana
1 cup low fat plain yogurt (I use Stonyfield farm)
1/2 cup orange juice

Instructions:
Add all ingredients to blender and blend.

Makes 2 refreshing smoothies!

PS- if you are looking for a fiber boost, you can add one Benefiber taste-free stick pack to the blender as well- not only do I use it for a boost, but I also recommend it to my patients who need a little extra fiber in their day.  Much better (less gritty and effective) than Metamucil in my opinion.  Here is the link (you can find it at pretty much any pharmacy): http://bit.ly/H8Fp6c
