Try this refreshing smoothie for breakfast. Satisfying, healthy and berry delicious!
1/4 cup blueberries
3 large strawberries
4 ounce Activia low fat yogurt (I like peach and cereal- comes with an added fiber boost)
1/2 cup soy milk or reduced fat organic milk
~3/4 cups ice (more or less depending on preference)
Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth. Now sit back, relax and enjoy.
