This is one of my go-to breakfasts each morning. You can either make it ready the night before or prepare it in the morning. It only takes a few minutes. Tasty, fresh and simple. Really hits the spot and gives you that energy boost you need to efficiently get through your day.
1/2 cup organic non-fat vanilla yogurt
1/2 banana sliced
Handful of blueberries
Handful of your favorite granola
Sprinkle of unsweetened organic coconut
Just add the banana, blueberries and granola to yogurt and sprinkle with coconut. Enjoy the yumminess :-)
