Tan-Tan Chick Pea Salad

Energize yourself with this delicious chick pea salad.  Enjoy for lunch, as a snack or make a big bowl for your guests when entertaining.  Healthy, quick and sure to please!

1 cup cooked chick peas (you can cheat and use a can- Goya is my favorite)
2 chopped scallions
Handful shredded carrots
2 tablespoons raisins (it's best to soak in boiling water for a few minutes so they become juicier)
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon Tan-Tan Moroccan Seasoning from the Savory Spice Shop
Fine sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients and ENJOY! :-)
