1 cup bulgar or for the cheat version, use 1 package (5.25 oz) Near East 100% Natural Taboule Mix (equally if not more delicious!)
2 scallions finely chopped
1 cup grape tomatoes chopped
2/3 cup chick peas
1/2 cup chopped parsley
Juice of 2 limes (you can start with one lime and add another if you like it tangier-I do!)
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Fine sea salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
1. Prepare bulgar or Near East 100% Natural Taboule Mix according to directions.
2. Add all of the other ingredients to bulgar and give it a good mix so that all the ingredients are deliciously combined.
3. Chill in the refrigerator for ~45 minutes.
4. Enjoy this alone, on a bed of romaine or with fresh toasted pita or naan!
