Tasty Tuna With Asian Flair




Have a can of tuna sitting in your pantry?  Let’s transform that small, cylindrical can way in the back into something so delicious, you’ll never look at a can of tuna the same way!  And to top that, let’s do it in five minutes!  Not only is it super yummy, but healthy too!

Ingredients:
1 can tuna ( I recommend tuna packed in olive oil)
1.5 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 teaspoon sesame oil
½ teaspoon soy sauce
1 scallion washed and chopped
Freshly ground black pepper to taste

Directions:
Combine all ingredients and enjoy alone, with crackers or with a side of celery!
