Gotta Get me Some Greek Yogurt Sundae


Craving a delicious and satisfying dessert but want to cut unnecessary calories?  This Greek Yogurt Sundae is one of my go-tos!  It's so refreshing, creamy and delicious AND it's good for you!  Use any fruits or nuts you like...I love adding some dark chocolate chips for a real indulging feel and then a drizzle of honey.  Pictured here I used about a half cup of non-fat Greek yogurt, half a banana, half a peach, a tablespoon of pecan pieces and dark chocolate chips and finished with some honey.  Other favorites include *fruit* fresh mixed berries, mangos, pineapple...*nuts* walnuts, pistachios, almonds...and sometimes I add a touch of shredded coconut for a tropical touch!  Enjoy!
